Ugh. The reviews on amazon were good so I bought the no name one. I'll see how it does.

Keep an eye on your air cells and adjust humidity accordingly.

A picture is worth a thousand words:

This is the one I have, it was warming up this morning. I have 20 eggs in it now, worse case I move them to my incuview if the humidity doesn't do well

Hmmmm we have something like this but it's for firemen, my husband is a fireman and he brought home a temp gun. I'll see how it works on the egg shells. Thank you!!!

We have one of those, too, not a fireman one, just an industrial infrared. It works okay, but not as well as the Braun.

I've never seen one of those things. Are they better than using a thermometer?

I just candled them for the first time,it's day 8,the air bubble looks like day 1 and there's no blood vessels that I can see but then again the last times I tried it if I remember correctly it was about 14 days before I could see them very well. Looks like my humidity is way too high too so my gauges must be way off or something, not sure and it's very frustrating. I'll give them another week but it looks like 3rd time isn't a charm this time either. :(

What are you using as a candler? Can you post a candling picture? If it's higher than 45%, I think it's too high. :(
